Shapee Breast Therapy Thermal Pads

Shapee® 3-in-1 Breast Therapy Thermal Pads provide therapeutic relief for the most common breastfeeding challenges.
1. Cold therapy to help relieve pain and swelling caused by engorgement.
2. Hot therapy to help prevent blocked duct and stimulate let down.
3. Hot therapy can be used to encourage let-down while pumping
Recommended using the pads with your breast pump to encourage milk let-down and reduce time spent pumping!

FEATURES:

USAGE INSTRUCTION:
1. COLD THERAPY
✅ Keep in freezer for at least 1 hour before use
✅ Place pads (without cases) inside a bowl of cold water

2. HOT THERAPY
✅ Heat in hot water for 10 minutes
✅ Heat in Microwave with the cloth cases
Recommended watt for MICROWAVE:
1.700 watts > 15 seconds
2. 1000 watts > 12 seconds
3. 1200 watts > 10 seconds
