Bumble Bee PP Breastmilk Storage Bottles are made of BPA-free polypropylene (PP), approved by U.S. FDA. Researches have shown that PP is the BEST & SAFEST plastic for breast milk storage in retaining breastmilk’s beneficial properties.

PP bottle resists scratches, splintering and cracking. It can sustained heat up to 120°C. Sterilization is not an issue to keep these bottles sanitize and clean.

Compatible with major brands breast pumps. The bottles universal thread size allows the bottles to be screwed directly to most breast pumps & express milk directly into storage bottles. If you are using a wideneck breastpump, you can simply use a bottle adaptor (sold separately) to connect your breastpump and the storage bottle directly.

Save time by pumping directly into the bottles and save money by not buying separate storage bags. For storage, simply insert a sealing disc to store your precious breastmilk in the fridge or freezer.

From the table above, you can see that the breastmilk can be stored for up to a year if it is stored properly. However, please take note that once frozen breastmilk has been thawed even for once, it should then be consumed within 24 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE IT.

Take note that however, if milk has been kept at room temperature or in a cooler with icepacks prior to being placed in the refrigerator or freezer, safe storage time may be decreased.

Do keep in mind that these are “guidelines” about storing breastmilk in a safe way. It is always wise to adhere to these guidelines as close as possible. Always check the milk odor and freshness before giving it to a baby is also a good precaution step.
