Can I call customer service to place an order?

We can assist you to place your order and you may call us at +6018-969 1141 from Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm GMT+8 for assistance.

Can I request for self-pickup?

We do provide self-pick up option. Be sure to verify on this option during your checkout process and select "self-pick up" method. Remember to contact our customer service to check on availability before collecting the items. We also provide drive-thru services for Kuching parents, daily. How to remove an item in your shopping cart?

To remove an item in your shopping cart, click on the cart icon on top of the shop page, click on “x” to remove the item. Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.

 

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order. We will also send email notifications to keep you updated frequently on your order status.

 

Which payment methods does Mummycare.com.my offer?

To bring you the best online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods (1) online banking (2) DuitNow(3) Maybank QR Pay (4) E-Wallets including: Sarawak Pay, Boost, GrabPay, Touchn’ Go, FavePay & Big Pay. Once payment is made, kindly forward a screenshot of your payment to +6018-969 1141 together with your name. Your payment status will be updated to "Paid" once a screenshot is received.

Mummycare accepts all Visa and Master Cards, both Credit and Debit at our offline stores.

 

Where can I request an official receipt?

To request an official receipt, please log in to your account and view order history. Alternatively, send your request on WhatsApp on +6018-969 1141 and We will assist you right away. However, our invoice will be included on the delivery except for vouchers, gifts, and hampers. For retail items, official receipts can be issued upon request and only when orders are completely delivered. All official receipts will be sent via email.

How can I change delivery address, phone number or recipient formy existing order?

If you want to change phone number or recipient for an existing order, please send us your inquiry to customer service and we will contact you as soon as possible. If you want to change your account information or future order information, you can log in to your account and update your profile page.

We do not offer an option to change payment method for your existing order. Hence, we suggest you place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately. You can do so by sending us a request to cancel order.
