Shipping fee for products under 3kgwithin Sarawak is RM12. Every subsequent 1kg will be added RM3. Note that Oversize items typically take longer to deliver and sometimes require special treatment. Your order, after successfully placed on our website, will need to go through verification process to make sure your provided payment/contact/delivery info is correct. We will update you via email once your item is shipped out. Lead time to receive your item is clearly stated on its product page, during checkout, and on order placement success page. Average shipping time is 3-5 working days within East Malaysia and 3-7 working days to West Malaysia.
Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.
