Order Process

METHODS OF ORDERING

All items in Mummycart's site can be ordered through our online catalogs, email or fax-in.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All successful online orders will receive a system-generated Order Acknowledgement e-mail.

All off-line orders, placed either by e-mail or phone, will also be acknowledged by e-mail or phone.

All orders will normally be processed within 2 business days.

Orders are subject to stock availability. If some or all of the items ordered are not in stock, your advice for partial delivery or adjustment of order will be sought within 3 business days. Order Confirmation email will be sent out after order review is completed. It is necessary for you to inform us with proof of payment either via fax-in or email for delivery process to initiate.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The receipt of an e-mail order acknowledgement or confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

Mummycart reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

ORDER TRACKING

Order status may be tracked online or off-line (by e-mail or call us with the Order Number).

ORDER ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION

Order may be altered or cancelled within 24 hours and/or before the order is processed and sent out. Alteration and/or cancellation may be done by e-mail or call us with the Order Number.

If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.

Mummycart reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge of 20% to 50% of the order if the alteration or cancellation is notified after 24 hours of ordering.

  • A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours.
  • A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours.

ORDER EXCHANGE OR RETURN

All our products, once sold, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return and exchange will only be allowed for items with manufacturer's defects.

All returns must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order and be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the re-sellable condition.

Returns may subject to re-stocking fee of 20%. No refund will be issued without a Return Acknowledgement Notice. Delivery or shipping charges are not refundable.

Mummycart reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
